A Recognition Rooted in the Pacific Northwest

The Pacific Northwest is where our story began. It is where we opened our first soil transformation facility, in Auburn, Washington, and where some of the first families trusted us with an end-of-life option that was still new to many people.

Those families asked questions, planned ahead, and shared what they were learning with the people around them. Their openness helped bring soil transformation into a broader conversation about what end-of-life care could look like.

Their trust and support helped make Earth Funeral what it is today, and continues to shape our work at our conservation land on the Olympic Peninsula, where soil from our process helps restore native habitat for future generations.
