Returning the soil

Share your beautiful choice

You've chosen something meaningful—a way to give back to the earth that's sustained us all. Sharing your decision with friends and family can open beautiful conversations about legacy, the environment, and what really matters at the end of life.

Conversation starters

End-of-life planning rarely happens alone. Families who talk openly about death tell us the same thing: it brought relief, not burden. Seattle grief therapist Dr. Jill Gross shares practical advice for starting these conversations with your spouse, parents, children, or close friends.

Why do I have two charges?

An icon of a dropdown caret

If you included worldwide travel protection with your arrangement purchase, you'll see your final charge come through as two transactions on your card statement. One for the travel protection, and one for the rest of your policy.

The two charges don't always appear on the same day because the funds are on a hold until we review the documents on our side. Shortly after we approve the arrangements (usually within 1 business day) both transactions will appear on your statement and will total the expected amount of your arrangement.
