I found it to be a very accessible website. I liked the composting philosophy and was happy to see there was a facility near me. I've just buried both parents the traditional way in caskets and prefer this alternative. I found the staff to be very helpful.

We have been putting off making a final decision until we discovered Earth! Once we learned about the process and the zero environmental impact, the decision was much easier. And, once we started the process of purchasing our plans, it went so very smoothly. All of the staff have been helpful, answered our questions and expedited the paperwork. We are so relieved to have this decision finalized so that our children will not be burdened with decision making and cost at the last minute. The Earth team was so helpful and supportive throughout the process. Our funeral director, Amelia, was attentive in answering any questions we had as well as setting up a viewing with an outside funeral home due to the circumstances of our loved one’s death. I was very reluctant for my mom to be composted. It felt kind of inherently disrespectful to me, and I worried that the process would feel too scientific and not special. But the funeral director, Amanda, prioritized my mom's dignity and made it clear that Earth understood theirs to be a sacred responsibility. Plus, she answered all my questions thoughtfully and was always kind.

Well, I haven't died yet, so I won't know the final outcome. But I was sold by the bare bones (LOL) approach of the company, and especially knowing my investment is safe and that I'll end up in a conservation area.

Earth gave me a solution that fit my desire to be buried in a more natural way. I am more a conservationist and this met my wish to leave this earth with less impact.
