Customer service was above and beyond. My husband's passing was on a very busy day for Earth funeral. They said there would be a rather lengthy delay in picking up his remains. Staff went out of their way to find another facility to pick him up and they were at our house within a couple of short hours! When my husband entered hospice, we knew we had to make a lot of decisions. Neither of us was comfortable with traditional options.
