It’s a way to give back to our planet. It’s one of the final kindest acts we can do. I feel that this will take a burden off of my family when I die.

It’s important to me to not pollute the air with cremation.

We love the idea of letting our worn-out bodies go back to nature in an environmentally suitable way, and Earth makes the process amazingly simple. All our survivors will have to do is make a phone call, and Earth handles the rest.

So far so good, but "the proof will be in the pudding", as the saying goes....hopefully it will rate a 10 when it comes time to utilize.

Earth was a good company to work with. They answered all my questions and made the process of signing up very easy.

Just to let people know of this alternative to cremation.

Not only meets my desires, but cost is less than I thought, and customer service appears to be at a higher level than many places in our country have descended to. I am all in!

I believe that soil transformation is the best burial practice. It gives back to the planet and relieves my family’s end of life stress.

I a delighted with the opportunity for myself to have a natural end. I want to 'walk softly on the earth' and this is the logical way to return my remains to the earth without taking a lot of resources to do so. The cost seems very reasonable. The personal contact, the video explaining about Earth and its process and the virtual tour were all exceptional! The insurance with travel arrangements and the broader base of availability to other states is a huge plus.

Because it’s a natural, peaceful way to decompose your body. Burial takes up too much space. Cremation is too violent. Also, I like the idea of living on as a tree.

Process was easy to maneuver and personal, (if a bit persistent) followup was helpful.

Everything was made easy and convenient. Were able to talk to a real person and ask questions.

I was very pleased with the communication throughout the entire process. We chose Earth because of their commitment to spreading the remaining soil at their reforestation site on the Olympic Peninsula. My Husband and I are gardeners and it cheers us to be turned into compost when the time comes. They were helpful and prompt, making our arrangements.

I chose 9 because it is early in the sign-up process. But I am pleased with everything, so far. 😀 excellent people to work with!

I believe composting is better than burning or lying in a box for years. Not buying a 2X6 piece of land to document my existence is environmentally smart.

We first heard about human composting when a friend passed last year and he did this. After speaking with Sarah at Earth Funeral we were convinced this was for us. Turns out to be even better than we expected. As much as we travel one of our biggest concerns is: What happens if one of us dies while out of the country.
