On January 13, 2024, Richele Chrystl Smith passed away at All About Seniors, in Shoreline, Washington, where she was lovingly cared for by her special friend Sonia, and the other wonderful caregivers in the home. Richele was born in Whittier, California on November 25, 1969. She sadly passed away at the too young age of 54 from early onset LBD and Parkinson’s. Richele lived her entire life in various California locations, until moving to Edmonds, Washington for care and medical treatment in June of 2020. After attending Dublin High School in Dublin, California , Richele worked in various jobs where she served the public. She loved helping people and enjoyed the interaction, which suited her gregarious nature. She had many friends and loved hanging out with them. She was well known for her kindness, sardonic humor and sharp wit. She had a great love of animals, including her self appointed ‘spirit animal’ frogs. In her spare time she loved volunteering at animal shelters. She also made jewelry and participated in outdoor sports, including water skiing and bike riding. Richele was a tomboy from a very young age, and eschewed dolls and other ‘girly’ things in favor of more traditionally ‘boy’ things, like skateboarding and a love of cars, which she shared with her dad, even sleeping in a race car bed! She is survived by her mother Judy and father David, and various aunts, uncles and cousins. Richele will be greatly missed by her friends and family for her kind heart, humor and generous spirit. Your suffering is over. Rest in peace, Sweet Girl.
