Cheryl Larue Vaughn of Lakewood, Washington, was called to her eternal rest on May 1, 2024, at the age of 50. Born on December 15, 1973, in Ogden, Utah, to parents Tamera Stark and Rick Vaughn. Cheryl passed away surrounded by the warmth of her family's presence. She leaves to cherish her memory her beloved children, Natalia, Briana, and Sevynn; her dear granddaughters, Lyric, Luna, and Nevaeh; her devoted mother, Tamera; her father, Micheal Stark; and her siblings, Brandy (married to John Mcqueen), Brandon (married to Tina Duncombe), and Jordan Stark, Jasmine Lee. The Vaughn and Garder families, along with a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins, feel the profound loss of Cheryl. She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Floyd and Darcus (Jeannie) Garder, and her uncles, Thane Ellis and William Thane Ellis. Cheryl's enjoyment of life's simple pleasures was evident to all who knew her. Whether she was engaged in her beloved church, Cheryl professed her belief and trust in the Lord Jesus Christ. Cheryl also enjoyed reading, solving crosswords, playing bingo, exploring the outdoors, or relaxing by the ocean, her spirit was content. At home, she found solace in the company
