Leaf - Earth Leaf - Earth Leaf - Earth Leaf - Earth

Remembering Sujay Sivalingam (1981–2025) Husband. Dog Dad. Gearhead. Culinary Wizard. All-Around Awesome Human being. Sujay Sivalingam, 43, left us far too soon, but not without leaving a trail of love, laughter, and the smell of something delicious cooking in the kitchen. For 19 years, Sujay was the rock and heart of his home with his wife, Sindhu, and their three beloved dogs—Jackie, Kratos and Boomer. If you knew Sujay, you knew those pups were his world (and yes, they were probably better fed than most humans, thanks to his legendary cooking skills). Sujay had a deep love for anything with wheels and an engine—motorcycles and cars were his happy place. But beyond the thrill of the ride, he was grounded in humility and kindness. He gave his heart fully to the people and pets he loved, always offering support and care without ever expecting anything in return. Sujay had a gift for bringing people together—usually around a table full of food he’d whipped up with a sparkle in his eye and a new recipe he couldn’t wait to try. His dishes were always the highlight of any gathering, and his joy in sharing them was even better than the food itself (which is saying something). He was an idea guy, a tinkerer, a sharer of thoughts big and small. Whether it was a new cooking technique or a wild invention idea, Sujay was always excited to connect, create, and contribute. Sujay was also the kind of person who would go leaps and bounds to help someone in need—whether it was emotional support, financial help, or simply being there when it mattered most. His compassion knew no bounds. He was a deeply devoted son to Rajee and Sivalingam, always keeping their well-being close to his heart and holding them in his prayers with unwavering love. Sujay was also a caring and supportive brother to Shiro and Sheeba, and a cherished son-in-law to Pattabhiramaiah and Nagarathna. He shared a warm bond with his brother-in-law Abhinandan and sister-in-law Supriya, and was a loving uncle to sweet Aashvi, who brought him so much joy. He’ll be missed more than words can say—but his spirit, his flavors, and his love will live on in every ride, every recipe, and every wagging tail. A celebration of Sujay’s life will be held on May 27th, 2025, at 11:00 AM. All who knew and loved him are welcome to join in honoring his memory. A Message from Sindhu: Chinnu, I can’t tell you how much I miss you. You were my world, my partner, my strength, my everything. We walked through so many highs and lows together, always side by side. Now, facing life without you feels unbearably heavy. The house feels quieter, the days longer, and the love you gave us—me, Jackie, Kratos, and Boomer—feels irreplaceable. Thank you for loving us so completely and so selflessly. Your light will always guide me, and your love will forever live in my heart.

Leave the earth with beauty

Earth specializes in soil transformation, an environmentally-friendly alternative to burial and cremation. Over a 45-day process, we gently transform a body into nutrient-rich soil. We then send this soil to our local conservation land where it’s used for restoration projects such as reforestation and nourishing challenged ecosystems.
